Job Description

We are seeking a RN Navigator specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant and Benign Hematology to join our team at the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. As a registered nurse, you will utilize your oncology and hematology knowledge to provide personalized assistance to patients and caregivers, navigating healthcare system challenges and ensuring timely, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Guide patients through transitions of care and provide essential education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for optimal treatment planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting weights, and working in different environments.
