Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and ensuring problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life-cycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned Problems.
• Maintain inventory of problems and progress in ServiceNow.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Mentor Service Support Specialists.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
• 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.

Salary ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,900.00, with additional incentives.
