Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Spartan Warehouse and Distribution Company Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Hazelwood, MO location. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing transportation, storage, and distribution activities in compliance with organizational policies and regulations, including maintaining AIB food grade certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, receiving, and transfers.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments, operate IT systems, and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, maintain records, plan, and manage budgets.
• Administer inventory control and ensure compliance with AIB food grade certification standards.
