Maintenance Manager for our Modesto Plant

Crystal Creamery is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Modesto Plant. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall plant maintenance, ensuring optimal production operations for a diverse Dairy processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and lead daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Evaluate and provide training and development to maintenance staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and zero employee injuries.
• Lead continuous improvement in organizational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment utilization.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Supervisory experience in maintenance within food & beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing environmental and safety programs.
• Excellent communication and financial analysis skills.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
