Job Description

Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles, facilitate activities, maintain progress reports, and ensure a positive and safe environment for our students.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and support based on individualized programs.
• Implement behavior support plans and intervention procedures as directed.
• Maintain progress records and data collection for IEP goals.
• Organize and maintain student-accessed environments and inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a cooperative working climate.

Requirements

• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate.
• Experience in special education and working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and able to maintain confidentiality.
