Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care, develop care plans, and implement treatments for geriatric patients in the community. Duties and Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Plan for discharge of patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- IV proficient or willing to train.
