Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a member of ChristianaCare, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and building positive relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to attend a two-week orientation.
• Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience desired.
