Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Care team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Assist with IV functions and maintain proficiency.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience preferred.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings is a plus.
- Willingness to train and perform IV functions.
