Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. If you are a passionate healthcare professional with a focus on geriatrics, pediatrics, wound care, and home health, we invite you to be a part of our community.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that align with the available resources.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
- Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Compensation
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
