Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Ensure IV proficiency and deliver IV functions.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements:
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
