Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an RN Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. This is a full-time position supporting the Newark, DE, and surrounding area, with day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Requirements
- BSN required or ADN candidates to obtain BSN within 3 years
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months
- IV proficiency required
- Experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients
- Develop care plans and discharge plans
- Must be IV proficient or willing to train
