Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Ensure goal-oriented care and plan for patient discharge.
- Maintain IV proficiency or undergo training to perform IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
