Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the Newark, DE and surrounding area. The successful candidate will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans
- Plan for patient discharge
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience
- IV proficiency or willingness to train
