General Summary
Under supervision, the Radiology Technologist performs accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. The role involves ensuring high-quality images, maintaining radiation protection standards, and providing clinical instruction when necessary.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with patient safety in mind.
- Acquire patient history and monitor patients during procedures.
- Effectively communicate with medical staff and peers.
- Operate imaging equipment proficiently and maintain quality control.
- Provide patient education and ensure departmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
