Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities, participating in life enriching activities, and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition, recommend adjustments in care levels, and participate in Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, respond to their dining needs, and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Risk Management programs.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certification requirements per state, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
