- Build relationships with seniors and their families
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations
- Assist residents with dining needs
- Engage residents in enriching activities
Qualifications:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- High school diploma/GED, certifications as required
- Previous experience with seniors preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
