Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join us as Caregivers at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Develop Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and participate in monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
- Support residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
