Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with seniors and their families, attend to individual care needs, and understand unique preferences.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.
  • Ensure resident safety and well-being, respond to dining needs, and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with regulations and promote safety.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations) and previous experience with seniors preferred.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
