We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to residents' dining needs with Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• High School diploma/GED, previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
