Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and promoting a supportive and enriching environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, attend to individual care needs, and understand preferences and personalities.
• Assist residents with life skills and enrichment activities, participating in individualized service planning.
• Ensure residents' well-being, safety, and dining needs are met according to Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
