Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and create a nurturing environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to care needs and preferences.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Engage residents in enriching activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive community environment.
• Provide dining assistance with a focus on hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility in performing various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
