Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our Corewell Health team on a full-time basis. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing accurate and efficient diagnostic imaging procedures across various areas of general radiology. Our ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism while contributing to the exceptional services provided by Corewell Health.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper protocols and procedures.
- Obtain and document accurate patient histories.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment effectively and maintain quality control.
- Provide clear procedural information to patients and their families.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Current CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
