ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you are an experienced LPN with a passion for providing excellent care to patients in the community, we want you to be part of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Work Schedule: Day shift, night shift, rotating weekends
Supplemental Pay Types: Differential pay
Supplemental Schedule: Holidays, Overtime
Weekly Schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
