Job Description
LifeBridge Health Medical Group is looking for a dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our established primary care practice in Westminster, MD. This full-time position, as part of a team with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, offers exclusive outpatient responsibilities with no weekend clinical hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.
- Prior experience in family medicine is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
