Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00pm-3:30am, with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, including assessment, intervention, and coordination of resources to ensure optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Maintain accountability for the unit's operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Nursing and Maryland RN License required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- American Heart Association CPR and BLS Certification.
- National Certification preferred.
