Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing professional nursing care to patients through comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients during care transitions and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care based on nursing care plans.

- Prepare patients and families for continuing care post-treatment.

Requirements
- Active RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Commitment to achieving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience in the relevant clinical area is preferred.
- More than one year of nursing experience.
