Job Description
Elizabethtown Community Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Med/Surg unit. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Unit Description
The ECH inpatient unit consists of a 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit, including 8 Telemetry beds. With a mix of private and double occupancy rooms, we cater to patients in various care statuses, including Observation, acute illness, and rehabilitation needs. Our staffing model comprises RNs, LPNs, CA's, and dietary assistants, fostering a supportive teamwork environment where mutual reliance is crucial for operational success.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Incentives
External candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles). Additionally, a relocation package of $9,200 (pro-rated for part-time roles) is available for applicants considering a move to join our team.
