Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the primary care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As an LPN I, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Working closely with providers and registered nurses, you will deliver technical nursing care, support patients in various health conditions, and perform both clinical and administrative duties.

Job Summary

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a provider or RN.
• Offer technical nursing care to patients at different health stages.
• Perform clinical and administrative health care services for patients and families.

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Compassionate and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
