Job Description

We are looking for a Property Field Claims Adjuster to join American Family Insurance at our North St. Paul, MN location. As part of our Claims Services team, you will play a key role in investigating, evaluating, and settling property claims, contributing to our mission of protecting and restoring our customers' dreams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate the origin and cause of claims, contacting relevant parties and experts.
• Handle both 1st and 3rd party claims under various policy types.
• Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and guiding all parties through the claims process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer-focused solutions and claims handling.
• Familiarity with casualty coverages, policies, and claim processing.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary property casualty claims licensing.
