Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital, a renowned medical facility in Baltimore, MD. As an essential part of our healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position on the night shift with a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to residents' needs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
