Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will be responsible for working under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and support to residents.
Job Summary
The LPN in the Household unit plays an essential role in developing and implementing nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the unit. This position requires a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- LPN license.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
