Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Participate in a leadership role as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing License.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
