Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). The unit, Hall 1, is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Oversee daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
- Less than one year of experience required.
