Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be an essential part of the healthcare team, attending to the daily operations of the unit, implementing individualized nursing care plans, and assuming a leadership role as needed.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met by providing compassionate care.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of specialized medical equipment.
