Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, offering daily activities and various services to its residents. We seek compassionate and motivated staff members who are dedicated to assisting those in need.
Job Summary
The LPN will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, implementing nursing care plans, and assuming leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
