Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met effectively. This full-time position includes night shifts and weekend commitments.
Unit Summary
Our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, Hall 1, accommodates 40-45 residents with high complexity care needs. We offer daily activities, services, and support to ensure the well-being of our residents. Team members in Hall 1 should possess compassion, motivation, and dedication to support those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Operate effectively within the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
