Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and assistance to residents.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Participate in a leadership role as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit at Levindale is a vital component of our facility, providing comprehensive care to residents with diverse needs. Halls 1 is a sub acute rehabilitation unit with a high complexity of care requirements.
