CT/X-ray Technologist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CT/X-ray Technologist to join our Radiology Team at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. As a per diem Radiologic Technologist, you will focus on CT and X-ray procedures in our close-knit community in upstate New York. Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Radiologic Procedures using CT and X-ray modalities as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and state guidelines.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.

Requirements

• Must be licensed by the NYS Department of Health and registered with ARRT.
• Prior experience in CT imaging is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with quick thinking and efficiency.
