Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Greenfield Store. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and maintain sales floor standards at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). If you have a passion for customer care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Responsibilities
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Solicit cash donations from customers during transactions.
- Price merchandise and keep the sales floor organized.
- Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers.
- Greet and assist customers with a smile.
- Follow established standards for inventory and stocking.
- Utilize communication systems for announcements.
- Model Goodwill core values in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Clear communication in English.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Pass background check and drug screen as required.
