Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for completing financial transactions, opening accounts, providing customer service, and recommending financial solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various financial transactions and inquiries, including new accounts and loan processing.
- Recommend and cross-sell banking products to enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.
- Achieve sales and referral goals to support business growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, or new accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $16.00 - $18.00.
