Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team at POAH Communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, repairs, and safety-related duties, as well as coordinating make-ready repairs and services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
• Keep the grounds neat and clean.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and work in various weather conditions.
