Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join Sightpath Medical, a leading cataract and LASIK mobile services provider in the U.S. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry, working closely with a dynamic HR team.

This full-time internship, located at our headquarters in Bloomington, MN, is available from mid-May to August 2024. The focus will be on Talent Acquisition Management, but you will also get exposure to other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Post job openings and source suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assist in the candidate selection process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate tracking, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
• Keep employee files up to date and assist with HR inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.
