Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
