Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and be a key part of the store team responsible for creating a stellar shopping experience for customers. In this full-time role, you will handle various tasks including customer assistance, merchandise stocking, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Stock shelves, arrange displays neatly, and keep the store organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management activities according to guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
