Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assist customers in their shopping experience with exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor and report inventory levels and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow company policies
• Work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
