Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and store management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies, follow company procedures, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in general cleaning and equipment operation
• Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
