Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive top-notch service, and that our products are merchandised effectively.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
