Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of a store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and growing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand and uphold company strategy and values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities for staff.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
