Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
