We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains its best appearance.

Job Type

• Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and contribute to a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
